The reciprocating plunger pump is normally used for high pressure at lower capacity, however special application needs pumping fluid with higher temperature, based on more than 20 years of design and application experiences, our manufacturing partner developed plunger pump for Max. 410 ℃ fluid, the basic solutions as below:

1.Selected material for pump plunger, liquid cylinder and crankshaft, such as SS 316 material welding sprayed by Nickel based tungsten carbide for plunger, and forged duplex stainless steel for cylinder, also carbon fiber as gland packing.

2.Forced water-cooling system is applied; it contains a gear pump that circulate lubricating oil of power end, and a cooler connecting with external water pipe.
