Magnetic drive centrifugal or gear pump is kind of seal-less pump that use the technology of a drive magnet and inner magnet connected to pump shaft and move fluid. The drive magnet and inner magnet are separated by a rear casing or housing, creating a seal-less containment. A magnetic drive pump can prevent the leakage of fluid and more importantly save user from the loss of potentially dangerous and costly liquids. With environmental concerns, the seal-less pumps allow for zero fugitive emissions, allowing user to meet the necessary compliances. Due to simple pump structure, magnetic drive pumps save maintenance time replacing shaft seals and dealing with hazardous leaks. With only two moving parts, there is little chance for failure, that is answer for reliability and zero emissions.

In July of 2023, We Shenmech company in China exported the casing lined FEP magnetic centrifugal pump for a Russian chemical plant, this end user is satisfied for stable performance and plan to purchase more pumps for coming new projects.
