In April of 2024, We exported two units of twin screw pumps for international oil company after two months of parts machining, assembling, performance testing, painting and seaworthy packing. The screw pump is heavy duty design with four mechanical seals, four external bearings lubricated by oil and grease separately, also a pair of timing gears for power transmission.

The twin screw pump is coupled with 18.5kw electric motor for capacity 40 m3/h at 4 bar operating pressure, pump casing is heating jacketed for more than 70 Deg C crude oil transfer. The pump testing result is perfect due to lower vibration and noise level, that means all parts are machined and assembled properly according to design and quality related standards, that is also basic reason of longer pump operating life.
