In Dec of 2024, we exported a twin-screw pump for Turkiye market, this SMC screw pump is used to transfer base oil SN800 for capacity 141 m3/h at 6 bar pressure, that is coupled with customer 55kw electric motor. As one kind of positive displacement pumps, this is heavy duty design with four bearings, four mechanical seals and timing gears screw pump for horizontal installation. With strict quality control of raw material check, rotor balance test and casing hydrostatic pressure test, the performance test result shows that pump meets all technical data required by customer. With wide pumping application for viscosity fluids like crude oil, fuel oil, lube oil, bitumen or polymer and so on, more and more users prefer to choose twin-screw pump.
